The Cervical Screening Training Department at The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS

Foundation Trust has an income-generating business unit which provides a range of courses

for Doctors and healthcare professionals throughout the North East of England. The

Department contacted Roundhouse Digital to develop a website which could act as a central

point of reference for informaiton on all aspects of the services provided by their team with

the intention of expanding the business of current service users by providing them with

enhanced information.

UX TO CONVERSION

Conversions are measured in many ways depending on the site objectives but in the case of

the Cervical Screening Training website, the user experience was carefully mapped out to

deliver a streamlined booking solution which is the primary conversion area on the site.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT

The site is built on WordPress and as with all our sites, the content which is managed via the

Content Management System (CMS) has been maximised and structured to be simple and

easy to understand and manage.
