Designed for seafood lovers – Saltwater Fish Company, situated in Fenwick Foodhall, Newcastle, operates as both a Fish Bar and Fishmonger

 

Created by celebrated chef Terry Laybourne, Saltwater delivers a new restaurant concept for Fenwick. With emphasis on easy eating experience and high quality fish, our brand played on the simple combination of hook and line. Sea blues and bright white space completed a clean and fresh personality across menus, stationery, signage and counter-top recipe cards.

The Roundhouse created an understated but effective brand which mirrored our focus on freshness and taste. We were delighted with results.
