As part of Terry Laybourne’s 21 Hospitality Group, Porterhouse was launched to showcase what cooking with meat is all about. Combining butcher’s counter, steakhouse and a team of talented chefs, Porterhouse works with only the best products.
The Roundhouse was commissioned to created the identity, menus, launch campaign, magazine and packaging for a special barbeque range.
